Ran 18 miles on Saturday and I am going to give it up to my new best friend….Body Glide.
If I had my way, i’d dip my entire body in body glide before a big run.
Update…Over halfway over with Route 66 marathon training. Body is feeling pretty good. Expecting to have a big week running and biking. Still a few weeks away from another 5K run. Life is pretty good.
