This week has been fairly challenging for me. I’ve stepped up my core muscle bootcamp and i’m struggling to maintain my running routine. Alot of the problem stems from getting up at 4:45 a.m. to exercise at 5:30. I tend to crash later in the evenings and sometims beyond my window of running.
With that said, I will do my best to maintain and create a better balance. My short term goal is the 10K at the Tulsa Zoo run. After that, I will set my sights on the Tulsa Run 15K. Someday i’d love to be able to run a marathon. Who knows, it could happen.
