Tulsa Run Update

I am in full-blown training for the Tulsa Run that is 15K.  I’m currently running 10 miles every other day.  I usually run 3 miles on my off days.  I have also decided to take an intense exercise class.  This should push my body to its limit but I do believe that this gives me my best chance of losing the weight that I want to lose.
